Given the holiday and this unplanned issue to our car the shop turned it around quickly and the mechanic also found coolant leak which was unrelated. A great find ! Entirely too long a wait…close to 3 hours . Brittney service was professional and I understand that the department was short staffed with call offs. Once I approved the sensor replacement, the vehicle was ready in 20 minutes. However, Ithe technician replaced the original chrome stem cap with a standard cheap black plastic, which then had to retrieve and replaced. All four tires inflation were never checked, had they been , the tech would have noticed 3 of the 4 had a PSI of 36 and the 4th that had the sensor replaced was at 35. I set all the 4 tires at the correct PSI when I returned home. Somewhat disappointing, as I have always received outstanding service of my vehicle. Maybe just a bad day all around.

The only issue that was evident today was the time to complete service beyond normal expected time.
