The yes or no is misleading. I was sitting there from 9:10 am till after 12:00 pm. Was late for work because of this. My blue tooth sound issues were not addressed because I had to go to work. The last service they didn’t address this issue due to no internet service. So. A huge technological safety issue has not been addressed twice. The yes is for the courtesy and the items that were taken care of in a professional way. Your people do good work. But for people with time constraints and are waiting its hard. The intake person was very helpful. And sped up the all done process. He was very efficient. And my truck is running fine. Thank you.

Since this is in regards to the person that checked me in - I put yes for my experience with her was good. However I hope to see a survey or receive a call about the mechanic that serviced vehicle. I now that I’ve obviously put my heat on after it was turned off - I started hearing rattle like something loose and sound coming through sounds there is vibration.
In additional my back dashboard by vents and arbor next windshield is not on right .

I am totally happy with everyone I came in contact with at Rochester Toyota - from my first call to service to schedule my appointment to a call back to explain why a previous quote may need to be elevated due to non-factory items. Then I needed the shuttle to get home and back and a young man named Jackson stepped into it even though the regular driver was not there and he was so pleasant and accommodating. Finally, I was relieved and delighted to meet Dave Tung when I paid for the services and the cost was $200 less than previously quoted. To sum up - I am now a dedicated Rochester Toyota customer.
