The technician found a large mouse nest and mouse was the problem. I'm grateful for the help.

David was fine, the issue was the re-inspection of my brakes and the lack of common sense understanding the brake inspection laws. When I was there for the initial inspection I was told that the brake pad needed to be at least 50% in contact with the rotors, this was accomplished upon the return fir re-inspection however a new rule was added to ensure the failure at all cost; the right rear inside rotor had a deamination. All other brake parts were ok. The rotors are cast and then milled so delaminated rotors are not possible.

I had a 2:15 appointment today and was there on time. My car sat in the waiting area until 3:00 or later. I was having snow tires taken off and my regular tires mounted plus alignment. I waited. Folks came in with their cars after me and left before me. My car was finally ready at 4:45. Really? Two and a half hours wait for tire mounting and an alignment?
