We told them we needed tail light weeks prior they never got it now we need to make another appointment to correct. The bulb is 175$$ which is absolutely ridiculous

For some reason my vehicle did not get into to be serviced for 90 minutes after I dropped it off, after approaching the desk the service rep was very apologetic and admitted he had made an error but offer to get me a car to use instead of continuing to wait. I was fine waiting and he assured me it would be done in less than 45 minutes. 30 minutes later the work was completed.

One portion of my scheduled appointment was an open recall on my Toyota Tacoma. The bolts needed to complete the recall repair were not available on that day. I am disappointed that the necessary parts were not ordered in advance of the appointment. A recall may mean that these parts should kept in stock in your parts department.
