Greated by by technician when I arrived 30 mins early and was able to take my car for 20 min maintenance check and told it would take 1.5 hrs and it did, maybe a little less. Mike processed the paperwork and explained my maintenance warranty and what happens afterwards. He originally helped me change my appt time and followed up with reminders.
