She was courteous, competent, precise with her answers to my questions and if she didn’t know an answer at the moment, she immediately found the answer. When I asked about possibly selling car back to the dealer for a resale she didn’t hesitate but found a person to assist.
Brian Jenks then quickly and efficiently assisted me with working out possible outcomes to buying the car from me at a resonance price to add to your certified line of used vehicles.
Both of them instilled confidence in me about making a future purchase from Toyota and in particular Anderson Toyota.

Kenny was Great, so was the young lady that checked me in. I waited 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation on my Ford Focus that I purchased from Anderson Toyota about 7 months ago.i have a breathalyzer interlock system in my car so I was told I was unable to get the complimentary free car wash.which I was disappointed but totally fine with
Until I left the dealership and went to wash my car at Car Toyz. And when it was washed and I pulled up to the vacuum,I left in running for just a few minutes while I vaccined and as I Nacked out to exit the lot... it Stalled on me and the engine was off. It took a few more minutes to restart the car.
I am so very Happy with every employee that I was in contact with the entire trip.
I only concerned about it stalling immediately after the visit??
