Absolutely unacceptable. I arrived to pick up my car and not only could they not find my keys my car was missing. Eventually I was told my car had been driven and delivered to someone else. We waited an hour in the lobby for someone to deliver the other owners car to them and return our car. We do not feel the “I’m sorry” makes up for the stress and inconvenience.

The technicians noticed that my battery hasn’t been performing like it would the last few services and took it upon themselves to replace it. This saved me from being put into an unfortunate situation and saved me time having to schedule another visit! I am very satisfied with the service!

We are concerned about having been told that the brake fluid needed changing at 30k. We have never had this done on any previous car including our 2917 RAV 4. My 88 year old father felt that we didnt need it and my nephew who runs a repair shop said he never heard of that either. And asked if I had requested to see the dirty fluid. Never occurred to me. Since I am a female ( Susanne) I am told it was a ploy defraud a woman? Really? Would like to hear your thoughts. ****-****-xxxx
