First, thank you for having a dealership in Lake Havasu AZ.
When my car broke down and I was waiting for a tow truck I called Anderson Toyota and informed you that my car would be towed in. I spoke and worked with an amazing woman, Jennifer. She answered my questions and assured me that everything would be just fine and when I got the text stating that I had missed my appointment, I called her and she told me that whenever my car got there she would let me know and Anderson was aware that my car was coming in and they would inspect it right away. First of all, everyone at the dealership is very nice and polite. The length of time for service however is flat out ridiculous. We were in there for tire rotation and fluid check. It took over two hours to complete! That should be no more than a 20 minute job. It is obviously a management problem. What is the point of having an appointment! Unless the get their act together we will probably never buy another car from this dealership.
