She made it clear that it was my fault that I didn't get the fifth service for free. I was upset that I wasn't told I would be charged when I arrived and during the service the service tech talk to me about the filters and I asked about the charge I saw at that time and he told me it was my fifth service and should not be charged. I tried to talk to her to see if this could be overlooked as I had been told I get the first five services free. I know it's my responsibility to understand the contract but it should also be clear when you purchase the vehicle. This is more of the principle of the matter then the cost. It really upset me that your staff seems to be ok with losing a customer that has purchased three vehicles from the Anderson team over the past years. The experience has left a bad taste and what made it even better is I asked for a wash and it wasn't even done ether.

My brakes are not working right they go halfway down before they engage and then they slip down further when you’re sitting at a light or stop sign my old brakes worked better these brakes. I don’t think they bled the lines and got the air out. I know how brakes work and these do not work right and I’m very dissatisfied And Jose is not calling me back. I called Wednesday and I called a day and left messages. No return calls. I want it fixed free. I already was charged so much money. I can’t believe it for a brake job that wasn’t done properly.
