For the second time - I requested for tire rotation but again it was not done. The oil change took 2hrs, I know I made a last minute schedule but 2hrs for an oil change?
I do not know what was going on today but I wasn't greeted when I pulled in, I waited 10mins with no greetings as service people walked in and out.
I had to go in to the service assistant to let them know I was there. I requested an oil change as well as a tire rotation and I felt I was not being heard and again the tire rotation was not done.
This visit was not good.
