Jennifer was excellent! My dissatisfaction was the interpritation of the work I requested written on a small card: 1. change oil 2. Repair slow leak left rear tire 3. Possible oil leak front of engine (I mentioned coolant, but may be engine oil)
4. The tire pressure monitoring system is defective on at least 2 tires.
So the oil was changed, the tires rotated (where the leaky one is now?), the oil 'leak' has been dripping since last oil change, but your staff suggested it was 'left over coolant' from when Anderson Chrysler repaired the temp. Sensor.
And the tire pressure indicators are still showing screwball pressures that ANY tech should have observed (or not!). So there is some concern about using A. Toyota for service.
