Anderson Toyota has taken care of me for last two years since buying my vehicle and it has always been pleasurable Wade and Jennifer have helped me out in service and been excellent

I would like to thank Kenny Gehrman who was very attentive and attention to detail with handling the service for my Toyota vehicle. He was friendly, and very approachable when asking him any questions that I had. In addition , I would also like to thank, the friendly staff member who checked my car in upon arrival. She kindly directed me where I should go and whom I would be speaking to next in the process. It can be confusing when you’re getting your car serviced and you don’t know your way around, so it’ was greatly appreciated to have the direction from a knowledgeable staff member. In closing I would like to thank Bonnie, my shuttle driver whom also made it very pleasant in getting the reliable transportation to and from my home while waiting for my car to be serviced. It would seem to me, that by Bonnie’s friendly demeanor, Bonnie enjoys her job and likes to interact with her passengers, making friendly conversation to help make my shuttle ride a pleasant trip and made me feel at ease as she carefully handled driving the shuttle, with excellent driving awareness and skill. These three staff members alone, all made my visit to Toyota, a great experience and I would expect nothing less as I can now see, that Toyota has properly taught their staff members , that a little kindness and respect to customers, will always speak in volumes and go a long way, to assure that every customer feels important when they are treated as if they are.
