I dropped my vehicle this morning at 7:30am for oil change, had an appointment. I mentioned to the guy that there was a sound coming from the vehicle. He checked me outside on their pad, gave me a ticket but didn't communicate that I had to go inside. We came back at 11:30am and the vehicle was outside. They had not done oil change yet because I didn't go inside. No one bothered to give me a phone call. We will no longer be taking our vehicle there when Jose isn't there. We never have these issues when he is there.
