My family and I traveled from Bullhead City to Havasu dealership and we were very impressed! There was games for my kids to play with while we waited for our vehicle to be serviced and they even had delicious snacks and drinks and even ice cream! Service was quick- much appreciated! Only complaint is my tire light turned on for low tire pressure 3 hours after my appointment. All valve caps on my tires were tightly secured, so no leaks. Just had to take to a tire shop to air up. This makes me wonder if whoever checked my car only visually looked at my tires, and pencil whipped filling out the multi point inspection checklist. I plan to use this dealership again for service, so long as I don’t continue to have issues arise hours after my appointment.
