The service was good and Howard is very nice. The appointment was made quickly. My problem is that the letter we received was misleading. We live about an hour away from Anderson Toyota and my son’s car is 21 years old and has almost 200,000 miles on it, so I didn’t want to drive it that far.
The letter gave the option of either dropping your car off, having it towed for free, or they could fix it at your residence. They said that they don’t make rural calls, which was my first choice. So I opted for the free towing. I would have gotten a loaner car if I’d have known that the free towing was only one way.
If we ever get another recall, we will ignore it. Please don’t bother calling because I’ve told you what I think and don’t care to discuss it further.
