I wasn’t happy with having to pay for the door handle protection cups and they were removed because of improper installation. I paid for them. I would prefer a refund. I wasn’t happy with the height of the lift. I asked for 31/2 inches. It’s not even close to that. Otherwise everyone there was really nice and helpful. Just certain things were not up to par. The Woman that helped me was perfect in all ways. She was right there to help me when I pulled up. I didn’t have an appointment. But I did have a nail in my tire. She kept me informed the whole time.
