My first experience with your dealership was with Danielle. She was awesome very proficient with her job. Unfortunately, Mike is not as efficient and he needs to lose his condescending attitude towards women. I don’t ever appreciate being called dear etc. in a transactional situation. He needs to get up to speed with the times. I will not work with him again.
