The mechanic put my cabin air filter the wrong way making a rattle noise when I turned ac on and the door to cabin air filter was not on all the way latched since it couldn't since filter was in the wrong way. Also left oil or grease on my seats. I understand they are mechanics and they get dirty but I just expected them to wipe it off when done. I don't know maybe it's just me in my head I just expected a little more quality than taking to a small shop to get maintenance done since I am paying more to get it serviced at a Toyota dealer.
