Steve absolutely went above and beyond, fitting me in on a holiday weekend with no appointment to ensure my family could travel home safely. He was professional, direct but not abrasive, honest, good sense of humor, personable, very communicative as to status. Supported the technician’s time line to repair the vehicle to 100%. Also installed a new windshield washer fluid cap ai had purchased in Parts so I didn’t have to carry it with me until the vehicle was returned. That’s great decision making and indicates an employee that’s empowered to make that call without further approval or charge. Big acknowledgement to Technician Bob Schuette as he identified the problem and executed the solution quickly. The person that met me at the service line was very pleasant and welcomed me to the family. These combined attitudes generally emanate from happy associates entrusted to do their jobs without being micro managed. Great to see that. 40+ years in management with Fortune 500s supporting this comment. Anderson has a new customer.
