I had to get the seat replaced about 2 months ago and it already broke. It is definitely a cheap seat made out of plastic! I pay a lot of money for my vehicle and I have a six year warranty on it but they had to email someone to see if I could get my seat fixed again! I hope Toyota finds a way to reinforce that seat and make it better! I shouldn’t have to drive on a broken seat

Reception answered my phone call on the first or second ring immediately transferred me to service who again answered my call on the first or second ring. My advisor told me he could get me In the same day. The shuttle took me to a local brewery within 10 minutes where I had lunch and was called a few hours later after a recall and service was completed. Every step of the process was handled as smoothly and professionally as I could’ve ever hoped for.
