Jose was amazing!! I came in to get my hybrid battery replaced but at the same time had a nail in one of my tires. He knew I had to go out or town in a day and went above snf beyond! I had a warranty on the tires at big o so he worked with them to ensure I got a new tire and my car was back to me right before I needed to leave to go out of town. He deserves employee of the month if you have that and also a raise! Thanks to him I will be a life long customer for life and the next time I need tires I’ll be going to Toyota. I will never go anywhere else again for car maintenance. The customer service was 100/10!
