I have been in a lot of dealerships and this one was the most helpful in every way possible from the first time to inquire about the service I needed to the showing up for my appointment. The service writer helped me to get checked in and then taken to the service area and was introduced to the mechanic that was to work on my vehicle. He was helpful in getting my vehicle in right away and started working with updates as my wife an I waited in the front where they had condiments to pass the time as we waited. Was pleased on the efficiency and promptness of how they were in the dealership. Was happy they finished the vehicle and gave us a good report on our vehicle. We will refer this dealership to everyone that we talk with. Thanks for the great service

Jose and the service team killed it on Saturday. Jose and I talked last visit that this visit was gonna be a costly one. I was able to plan financially and schedule wise. I was told they were gonna be busy and was able to plan a whole day at home deep cleaning while they worked on my car. It seemed too easy but again Jose and the whole service team worked their collective butts off. I too my hat to you all.

“Our pit crew-inspired approach completed your maintenance quickly”…. You really need to rethink that statement.
We live in Kingman, had 10am appt arrived early for oil change and bumper clip recall didn’t drive away until 12:15 pm. Didn’t do any good to have an appointment obviously YOU WAY OVER SCHEDULE! Had no contact from service department until I went to the office at 11:30 for status, was total 30 more minutes. 11:45 was spoken to about air filters and tires. OK’d cabin filter.
We’ve been a customer since we bought the new 2020 Highlander at this dealership, understood service needed to be done there for warranty purposes. We can attest a long wait time to be the norm at this dealership, today was over the top.
The over scheduling/meaningless appointment time reflects a lack of appreciation and consideration for customers.
