I think that the price was excessive since I have an expensive warranty and it didn't apply to the work that was required, especially since the only work done was to drain the HVAC drain. I apreciate my rep, she does a great job.

Danielle was great however the techs that serviced the car forgot to place the valve stem caps back on two of the wheels and the clips on for the cabin filter is cracked. Not meaning to nitpick, but if I'm being advised to approve revenue generating items for my vehicle at least have the individuals who are servicing it take care the simple things and treat the vehicle as if it's something they own.
