This is my first experience, having routine maintenance done at Anderson Toyota. I was satisfied with the service. I was actually surprised that you had a specific part ( trim) In stock to fix a cracked piece.. However, the wait seemed a long time or my truck was finished and nobody notified. We were there for about 2 1/2 hours for a scheduled 7:30 AM appointment..
