Dropped my truck off for oil change, an issue with my hood scoop and tailgate. Oil change was 30 minutes, yay.
After 2 more hours, I finally followed up with Jose asking for a status. He said he'd get it. I then followed up again after 20 minutes with no answer. Was told another hour ish. That would have put me at 5 hours of waiting in the lobby. He then snapped at me telling me I shouldn't have scheduled if I didn't have the time to wait all day.
He went and got my truck and as I was getting ready to drive off, another guy stopped me so the mechanic could pit the nuts back on my hood scoop before I left.
I was not informed of the status at all, as I watched other customer be kept in the loop of all the actuins with their vehicles.
