I brought my vehicle in for a simple oil change. The technician who performed the work on the vehicle failed to secure a plate on the bottom of the vehicle and it came off and was dragging on the ground under the car. I had to pull over in a parking lot and get under the car and remove the remain attachment pieces and take the plate off so the car could be driven. So needless to say at this time I am not satisfied with the service I received today. I will be bringing the vehicle back in tomorrow to service to have the piece reattached.
