I didn’t like having a 10:00 appointment and didn’t get done until 12:30 and that was the only time anyone talked to me, and they told me that I needed 450.00 more repairs. someone called me about 12:00 about my service appointment and I told her that they had not finished my oil change. So I thought at the rate they got oil change done I figured that would take the rest of the work done , I would’ve been there until closing. So I was not happy with the service department, and I don’t think I Will be back

Today I had scheduled routine maintenance on my RAV4 Hybrid and let Jose Chavez know I might need tires replaced and after confirmed, to proceed with the same replacement today. I needed other items replaced/repaired which were fully explained and taken care of today; and a car wash too. Jose knew I had to make another scheduled appointment today and he had all my vehicle needs taken care of with plenty of time for my next appointment.
