The 1st service appt i was on time and waited in the lobby for 3 hours. I was forgotten. Others came and went. Finally we inquired and she was like oh I'm so sorry. Car was done and paperwork filed away. Car only diagnosed and not fixed. Had to reschedule and come back. The return visit went well.
