Car service was as expected. Didn't feel the same when I arrived. Didn't feel welcomed or listened to. I started my inquiries and questions with little to no acknowledgement. Felt rushed to make me leave the situation and when my vehicle was done, i felt jose rushed me out.
Again, I've experienced less than par customer service.
So i will await a phone call or email from the service rep supervisor and they will try to express empathy or sympathy but nothing will be done.

Absolutely love Howie always on top of it all . Always smiling happy & asking if there is anything else he can do. However I was so excited that my warranty covered the carpet in my 2023 Camry , I know it was a great effort to get my car back to me in 1 day since Howie knows I need my car for work but....his laborers accidently , ( I'm sure)did not fasten down my passenger rear door threshold.

I was never given an estimate of how much the repair would cost. This should always be given to the customer before proceeding with the repair. I was charged a thousand dollars for the so called repair without even getting an estimate to see if they should proceed. I would say I am not satisfied at all.
