The staff that they had were great, friendly and knowledgeable. They are short half the people needed to keep everything running smoothly. That’s a management issue which has a lasting effect when you have to sit there and wait on things just because the working staff only has so much time to do their job. They used to have a lot of refreshments now you don’t even have coffee at 10:30 in the morning. Everything was clean and tidy, but too much wait time.

Jose was amazing, as always, but I am wildly disappointed in the fact that someone hit a pole with my car. I appreciate Jose’s honesty about the incident and his willingness to correct the situation/damage in the most convenient way! Jose has always been such a great customer service advocate and has always taken care of me which is why I always take my car in when visiting family here in Havasu instead of taking it in to my local Phoenix dealership. It is Jose’s quality service and honesty that will keep me coming back even after this incident!
