Jennifer was incredible and comforting. We had car trouble on I-40 some 40 miles from the dealership. She calmly explained what the various warning lights and messages we received meant on our 2017 RAV-4, and how we could proceed carefully towards the dealership. Once we arrived, she squeezed us in to the schedule to run diagnostic tests. The work was completed on time so we could proceed with our trip according to our new schedule.
