Jose Chavez is and has always been exceptional when I have taken my vehicle into the Anderson Toyota Service Dept. he does what he says he will do & he does it kindly & respectfully! Otherwise, I likely wouldn’t recommend the place again.

I go to Anderson Toyota because Kenny treats me so very good!!! Honestly I have been in Colorado / 4 different cities in Pa. And I can honestly say no one has come close to the way Kenny Grisham has treated me!!! I recently went to a Toyota place in Phoenix because we had trouble with our car...they told me that after checking our car, we needed work done that would cost $5,600!! It turns out that "our problem " was that we hadn't fully tightened our gas cap! I was appalled and said no thanks, we go to Anderson Toyota in Havasu.
I have been helped by Jennifer for several years...I find her to be extremely capable--she always informs me on what needs to be done, and what can wait. I trust her implicitly! She is great, and is a perfect example of a good employee. That's how I feel about Jennifer, and, as a result, the Anderson Lake Havasu Toyota business.
