Tried leaving negative comment about service appointment on Sat. 3/22. - message timed out - guess Sullivan does not want anything but satisfied comments. I am not a satisfied customer, very disappointed - 3rd car I have purchased or leased from Sullivan and used ZSullivan service - never again.

Don’t have issue with any service advisors for the past years in new building. Since customers are not allowed in service bays for insurance reasons, a TV with a view of the service operation would give customers a sense of satisfaction when waiting for their vehicles. Just a thought.

Patty is the best

I made an appointment on Monday 3/17 at 2 pm. I didn’t want to assume I could have the vehicle towed in without an appointment. Patty assumed I just had the car towed. Instead of honoring the appointment I made prior to having the vehicle towed, my car sat untouched. I received a call from Patty at 6:40 that night to let me know service was too busy to look at the vehicle essentially assuming I didn’t have an appointment. Ok. Service looked at my vehicle the following day. I received a call from Patty with the diagnosis at noon time. I requested a courtesy vehicle pick up at 4 pm to come in and pick my vehicle up. Patty assured me she would handle that. No courtesy shuttle at 4 pm. Called Patty to inquire and she was so busy she didn’t schedule that for me. Got a ride from a coworker instead, as Patty said the shuttles were out. Arrived Patty was heating her dinner. The other service rep on couldn’t help with my file because Patty had it open. Assured me she would be five mins with my paper work. I was then left in waiting room for 40 mins. All I needed to do was sign and get my keys, but had to wait 40 minutes for that. This isn’t my first disaster service with Patty. I requested previously she not be my service rep. She is a disaster to deal with. I’m not impatient or assuming service wasn’t busy. It’s just that, the last go around with Patty I brought my car in for simple service, an oil change and sticker and told her I would be waiting. Five hours later my vehicle hadn’t even been entered into the system for service. I bought my car at Sullivan, I’ve always had it serviced at Sullivan and I’m a different dealership as an alternative at this point.
