It had nothing to do with service, when I bought the car the man that sold me the extended warranty left to do something, when he came back he said good news, you’re getting all the extended warranties and you’ll be paying 5 dollars less! I was thrilled! Until I went to service the tire and found out it want covered! After speaking to the man about the extended warranty, he said he doesn’t eemember the exact sale he can only go by what’s right in front of him! How convenient, screwed again by Sullivan Toyota!

Very good experience. First of all the young gentleman that greeted you with your car. He was very polite and helpful. Then Patty was extremely helpful.I had left my iPad in the car just after it was driven away and she went and got it for me. Just doing things like that for a customer shows they want to do the best for customers. Patty also recommended that it would behoove me if I purchased for 5 services especially with synthetic oil as well as where I don’t drive a lot you have a tendency of forgetting about it.

When I bought my car in June 2023 I was told I had a free oil change and service. When I explained to the service tech this, she stated that my oil change wasn't due for another 1500 miles. I explained that I travel for work and getting here is a challenge and asked if I could get the oil change today. She replied no and I was charged $130 ish for the oil change. I wasn't happy with that response. I know if I was getting the oil change early I don't get another one. Customer service is important and I feel if she couldn't approve the oil change then she should have asked for assistance.
