The service was great, the addition transmission fluid replacement had me there longer! For my vehicle I know this effort provides me more years of excellent performance!

Great transaction

Patty completely wasted my time. I got there to check in. She was like neurotic getting up and down telling me to wait a minute. Finally gave her my name and why I was there. Got up again. Asked me what it was for. She made a face then continued walking around. I’m still standing there at the counter for like 5 more minutes not saying anything. She finally tells me to sit down. Waited an hour which is how long she said it would be. Tells me the tpms couldn’t be programmed because they’re aftermarket and tried selling me the Toyota tpms instead which are significantly more. The tire place who put the tpms weren’t able to program them and told me to go to the dealer. I waited a little longer. Patty then said the car tech was able to get through on the computer programming the monitors but not sure if it was completed. Said if I drive like 25-30 miles down the road and it shuts off “I just got a free programming” like it came out of her pocket because she said that multiple times. I would NEVER go back to patty. Her customer service skills were not great And actually when my car was done, another worker told me to wait a minute for him to walk away to get up because my car is done and if I wait for Patty to call me up to the counter I’ll Be waiting forever. I wish Patty could have told me before that it may not work prior to taking my car because I feel like I just wasted my time there. I was here about a month ago and spent $1200 on an oil change and new heated seat. I had Samantha who was absolutely amazing to work with. Very transparent on the price and how long it would be. I do like Kingston Toyota and I will go back but I prefer to only work with Samantha. I would never recommend patty to anyone

After being at the dealership for over 3hours, car is NOT fixed.

Bob is Always Great, informative & helpful. I truly appreciate his service. I am just very wary of some of the services, as my friend is a mechanic and I feel your prices are WAY TOO HIGH! I also feel some of the services are unnecessary and and incorrect in importance & description.

End result was good. Treatment was not good. A customer should not be spoken to in such a manner.

I was charged for services I did not authorize. I plan on calling your service manager and discussing this. This is unacceptable and is an experience I intend on sharing with others and will not ever bring a vehicle or purchase a vehicle from Sullivan if this is the way manner in which they conduct business. Patty was AMAZING! She helped me in literally every way possible and I can't thank her enough, service 10/10, speed 10/10, and personality 10/10! She made the process easy to understand, and led me through everything that I needed to do with ease. I can't thank Patty enough for her amazing work.
