Yesterday, while I was looking at the car, I felt incredibly frustrated. If I had known the service would be this mediocre, I would’ve never agreed to use that warranty. My car’s paint was fine before—not super shiny, but it was in good condition, with no scratches or dents. Now, after taking it to the dealer, it looks terrible. I don’t know who did the work, but it’s obvious they had no idea what they were doing. I’m really upset. I never expected a dealership like Honda to do such a poor job.

For the most part, it was a wonderful experience. However, a nuisance issue I had was the clock in the audio system resetting to 8:00, October 29 2015 (the vehicle is a 2021) every time I turn the vehicle off. Technicians did a factory default reset and said "That fixed it " . It did not. The next time I turned the vehicle off, it came back. A minor issue, but something I would have liked to have gotten a little more attention.
