We did a walk around on my car when I first arrived. No scratched rim. Now after the free car wash I have a damaged left rear rim. Badly scratched! I am not happy at all about this and when I confronted you about it your poor video showed me nothing to convince me that it was already damaged. I know my car.

I have to be honest, I feel misled by this whole situation. I paid $1,400, but the original problem — the clicking noise when turning — is still there.
You are now telling me the noise is from another location and that I need to spend another $1,400. This feels like I was charged for a repair that did not address the issue I came in for.
From my perspective, this is not just a misdiagnosis — it feels like I was taken advantage of. I trusted the dealership’s expertise, and instead I ended up paying for something that didn’t fix the problem.
I cannot accept being asked to pay again. I expect the dealership to take responsibility — either refund the $1,400 I already paid, or cover the cost of the correct repair.
