Joe is a great representative of Honda. He is very easy to talk to and helpful. However, a negative thing from my visit today is I find it very tacky for this site to charge the customer for their own credit card processing fees. This seems greedy and desperate on part of Airport Honda.

After the services were completed she explained all that was done & what was found -- she escorted me to make my payment & then to my car where she reset my electronic dash board for me.
