Meghan Does an awesome job. The problem I have is during the service I had before this last one. The Tech didn't tighten the lug nuts and I ended up loosing one of the locking nuts. Megan took care of me and had the set replaced. This obviously must have angered the tech and the lug nuts were groosly over torqued. I was not aware of this untill I came in for this last service and I had a note from the tech that they were over torqued with a quote of $140 to have it looked at. Seriously! This puts me and my vehicle in a dangerous situation due to the possibility of a stretched wheel stud that could break and cause an accident or even death. I will be having my vehicle inspected for damaged by an ASE certified Master tech to make sure this is not the case especially since I have lost any trust with the techs at your dealership.
