When my service was scheduled over two weeks ago I was told I would be given a loaner car as the recall service on my car would take approximately 4 hours. I was told that by scheduling it out two weeks in advance a loaner would not be an issue. Upon arrival, I was told the loaner car was not available as it was still out. I was told a driver would take me where I needed to go but that he was out and would be back in a few minutes just to have a seat in the waiting area and they would come get me. An hour later I was still waiting and missed a client meeting as well.
Hannah was very friendly. She went back to get an update on my car and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. I want to make sure that it is understood that I am not complaining about Hannah I am complaining about the service experience with Airport Honda! I have purchased 4 vehicles from Airport Honda and have had all the service completed on each vehicle with Airport Honda. The overall quality of the service experience has declined. There appears to be a lot of employee turnover in this area as well.

Everyone there is great … I am just aggravated with the car and how the engine light keeps coming back on. I live in Sevierville and I took time from work to bring it back to Alcoa to see what was wrong and the mechanic stated it could be anything but came to the conclusion it was the gas tank seal. Once I was home again the light came back on the next day so I took to Advanced Auto for them to see what the code was and it showed it was the Catalytic Converter. I messaged Scott again and he said to bring it back in so they could figure it out. I told him it would be next week before I could make it. I bought this car for my daughter as she is a new driver and I need for it to be safe for her to drive. She loves the car, I just need it to be fixed so I am comfortable with her driving it with no engine light on. I paid too much for the car anyway and need for it to have no issues. Thank you!

I had an appointment and arrived at 0900. I also had a recall and was told it would take 2 hrs to complete. At 1042 I was told it was done, but then was told they did not have the cable so I would need to be rescheduled. So for an appt. it took an hour forty-five for an oil change. I then was led through the new system to pay on my own which I tried, then Meg tried, but it did not seem to work so we went to the cashier and she checked me out. And when I got the bill we were charged twice and it took a couple of calls to rectify. If it was my first time with you I would not come back, but it's not. Thanks for asking...

Why must I spend so much time checking texts or e mail? I made appt. On Monday received 9 texts or e mails before Tuesday appointment. Have since received e e mails wanting feedback. I dread the emails and texts worse than the inconvenience and expense of the visit.
