Meagan Pless is a keeper!! She is wonderful with customer care she really takes passion in her customers and really tries to get things solved in a timely fashion even tho she is so busy!!

Felt I was extremely overcharged and when I tried to talk about it with someone about it they blew me off. Also you should let the employees talk directly to who ever is working on their car. I will never come back and I expect to talk to a manager about a reimbursement.
