Technician had comments in video not mentioned by service advisor. Technician said my cabin air filter needed replacement and service was not offered. Not a big deal really as I will do it myself but a little odd that it wasn’t even mentioned. Other than that small detail, the service was fast, excellent and courteous. Not about the service, which was very good, it's about the price. Can't help but say that $210 for a key is ridiculous. This sort of markup is what would deter me from buying a car at the dealership. And I did buy a car from you a while back.
