After purchasing a premium maintenance package that details all services covered under such package, I was still asked to pay for several services that were indeed covered. It took asking the maintenance personnel several times and engaging with the financial manager before my purchased maintenance package was ever even looked at and considered. I expect in the future that the maintenance department communicates with financial department to honor such promises that customers like myself are paying to guarantee. I was very highly dissatisfied with the treatment and run around I experienced from the maintenance department. I would hope in the future the maintenance department is properly educated, equipped, and willing to put forth effort that guarantees customer satisfaction.

Everyone is extremely pleasant and helpful. I’ll be coming back. I think there was a delay in contacting me, but perhaps that was due to parts on order. Only other thing was that the rental definitely needed a cleaning and smelled of smoke. Again, I’ll be back for service needs. Airport Honda is worlds better than the Honda dealer that I am closer to.

Complete breakdown on filling the simplest of requests: “Please replace the wipers. Instead of new blades” I got new wiper arms. It got fixed, but five people were involved. The lady that greeted us. I told her new blades. The lady inside. I told her new blades. The service guy who I met when he said I was ready to go with my $100 “ new blades”. He said the tech made the call. The 5th person is the parts guy. I assume the tech doesn’t have shopping privileges in the parts department. The parts guy might have questioned the decision. And the mileage recorded by the greeter lady got to the computer 6000 miles short. Maybe the team could use a pep talk.
