Meagan was awesome. Provided reset procedures for infotainment center…went above and beyond. Defines customer service. Other service folks were great also. Only complaint is there was quite a bit of fresh oil stain on cloth drivers door arm rest that required cleaning. May want to remind oil techs.

Megan was great! There was an issue that was outside of her control, the alignment was not done properly, so as I pulled away I noticed the steering wheel was about 2 degrees ****-eyed. I turned around, drove it back, and spoke with Megan. She instantly understood the issue and was quick to send the car back to get the alignment done properly, and it was. When I got the car back, it was perfectly straight and I left as a happy customer.

The service was good, but it just was hard to communicate with service what was going on while they were working on it. There should be a way to put a cell number of who to contact during and when the service is complete. I felt like I was playing 3 way phone tag at the beginning and end of the day.
