Like the service and the service advisor. But, calling into the service desk is less than ideal. When you call in and get transferred to service, the service call center sends you to an advisor. You can leave a message to request a call back. However, if the advisor is out for the day, of course there will be no call back that day. It would be good if the call center would tell the caller that the requested advisor was out and suggest an alternate advisor.
