I was never contacted about my vehicle needing any service other than what I had dropped it off for. Which was to replace all 4 tires. When I picked up the vehicle it had been aligned as well. This was an additional cost that surprised me. Did it need an alignment at 28,000 miles? I don't know it was never discussed with me. Next time please contact me before performing work on my vehicle.
