Not sure who Mary is, and mostly satisfied, as always oil change and tire rotation done quick and efficiently …..but also made them aware that I had a brake/front end suspension issue….the only feedback I got back was that everything was in spec and wearing normally…..a road test was in order and not offered (I assumed it would be done), and that would have shown the issue, I was on limited time that day (appointment was at 11 and I had till 1:15)….but had enough time for the road test

I was considering taking my car to a Kia dealership closer to home. When I called I got Brooke - a Bot - who tried to upsell me, but didn’t know the price. When I called Airport Honda every person was prompt, upbeat and professional. Joe continued with thus same level of personal service when I arrived at the dealership. I would really love it they would run the car thru the car wash before handing it back. The great service is worth braving the Alcoa Highway. Thank you for the good old fashioned friendly service.
