I was told the 5,000 mile service would take an hour. The person who did the service clocked 30 minutes. I told the person who processed the service I would be waiting in the waiting area. After I waited an hour and a half and received no communication either by text or by service representative, I went looking for answers. No one was in the area where I was processed. After 10 minutes I found someone and my keys and paperwork was on a shelf above his desk. Who knows how long it was there and how long I would have waited.
