Several things - when I checked in and spoke with service person about the bulbs on car being replaced she told me it would be 180. When I told her I would have it done elsewhere , she said she would get the price down and would work with me. I left having paid 175.
She told me it wbe about 1.5 hours to finish the lof and lights. I left and returned 1. 5 hours later and was told it would be 20 more minutes
I didn't leave until noon. Almost 3 hours after leaving.
Also, when I made the request to not move my mud mats, she told me they had to because people had sued Toyota believing there were evil spirits in the car. How outrageous. I simply accepted that the mats had to be moved.
Finally, the car was not washed as I thought was the usual Findlay procedure and part of the high price of service.

Waiting time for my scheduled oil change service was long. Second, an empty oil quart container was found underneath the oil filter. I did not notice this until after a 250 mile road trip. My engine started squealing. Found out the squealing noise was related to the belts and pulleys chewing up the container. Fortunately, I did not have an Engine fire during this long road drive.

Cecil has a friendly attitude, very helpful. She helped me service my side rails to my forerunner..My side rails were not sliding out as we opened the door. The technician told Cecil that the side rails were turned off and they turned it back on.. and then I could see that the driver side did work, but I was curious about the passenger side and I noticed that the passenger side didn’t slide out when I opened the door so I took it back to Cecilia and she was very kind to go have the technician take a look at it again. The technician replaced a two missing bolts and the side step to the passenger side wasn’t plugged in. It was fixed. Cecil gave me an update on my vehicle when I was in the waiting area. She had a great attitude and always smiled.
