I dropped my car off at 10:30am and told an estimate of 2 hours. At 2:30pm, I called to see why it was still not ready and learned it was done but that no one had contacted me. It then took me calling back twice and 30 min to get an Uber back, so I was almost late for work, since I had to leave at 3:15. When I got into my car, I was told the air filter wasn’t changed because they were given the wrong size. I couldn’t wait since I’d be late to work, so my filter was not changed.
